Mums Big Night Off is a gently held evening created for mums who need a real pause. A few hours away from noise, demands, and responsibility. A space to slow down your nervous system… and exhale.
The idea came for MBNO to me when I needed a big night off after a particularly stressful few weeks. This event has been created with what I would consider to be a perfect night off. Quiet, stillness, calming sounds, a nourishing dinner with no washing up or bedtime fights. I also wanted to provide a space for mums to be together in silence, there is no pressure to network, small talk with strangers, introduce yourself, say a fun fact about your life. This is YOUR night off so make the most of it and make it yours.

What to expect
Arrive Gently
Settle in, help yourself to a cup of tea.
Soft welcome from your host
No introductions, no expectations just a small hello from me.
Rest & Reset
Gentle yoga or sound bath (varies by event)
Deep Rest space
Self massage, stillness, reading, journalling
Take home nourishment
A prepared dinner to take home with you (optional additional portion for partners)

A goodbye from me to you.
