After more than 10 years working as a nurse, I decided to follow my passion for natural health and dive deeper into how food can truly transform our wellbeing. That journey led me to study Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in Bristol back in 2018, and I’ve never looked back.
I’m also a registered member of BANT, which means everything I do is rooted in up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition, no fads or guesswork, just real, science-backed support.

My Mission
I work with clients to achieve optimal health at every stage of life. I help to address hormonal imbalances that can affect their overall well-being as well as dietary and lifestyle factors that can impact on wellness.
Through evidence-based nutrition strategies, I work with clients on how to support hormonal harmony naturally, promoting overall wellness and vitality.
Whether you are dealing with low energy, adult acne, irregular cycles, stubborn weight, unbalanced hormones, mood conditions, a diagnosed reproductive condition, or something else, I've got your back. I can give you advice on blood tests and any related symptoms.


My Vision
My approach is holistic, taking into account not only dietary factors but also lifestyle, stress management, and environmental influences that can impact hormonal health. I work 1:1 with all clients to ensure individualised nutrition plans and empower clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their unique health goals.
You and I will work closely to understand your particular needs and goals and to ensure that I am supporting you in the best possible way. I will help you take control of what you are putting into your body and guide you towards the most nutritious foods and lifestyle choices until they become second nature. I will be there to encourage you every step of the way. I strongly believe that your success is my success and I truly want you to feel your best and to enjoy life to its fullest.
My Story
I grew up in the beautiful countryside of Bath and Wiltshire, where my journey into caring for others began early, working in nurseries and learning how small changes can make a big difference. At 18, I moved to Cardiff to study Adult Nursing at Cardiff University and proudly earned my degree by 21. I then spent several years working as a nurse and nurse manager in London, gaining invaluable experience and a deep understanding of how the human body works and heals.
In 2017, everything changed. A family illness sparked my curiosity about nutrition and once I started learning about the incredible link between what we eat and how we feel, I was hooked. That curiosity led me to study at CNM Bristol, where I discovered just how powerful nutrition can be in supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Today, I specialise in women’s health, from hormone balance and energy to digestion and mood, because I’ve seen first-hand how food truly is medicine. I’m constantly amazed by how just a few mindful changes can make us feel so much better, sometimes in a matter of days.
Now based in Bristol with my soon-to-be husband, our energetic one-year-old, and our lovely dog, life is full (and often a little messy!). When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me out in nature, doing a bit of hot yoga, catching up with friends and family (usually at the pub), or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
I’m so excited to keep learning, growing, and helping as many women as possible to rediscover their energy, confidence, and joy through the power of nutrition.
