Hi, I’m Alex! With over 10 years of experience as a nurse, I decided to follow my passion for natural health and went on to study Naturopathic Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in Bristol back in 2018.
I’m proud to be a registered member of BANT, which means you can feel confident that the advice and support I offer is always grounded in the latest evidence-based nutrition.
Whether you’d like to boost your energy, feel fitter and stronger, or bring your hormones back into balance, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
My Mission
I work with clients to achieve optimal health at every stage of life. I help to address hormonal imbalances that can affect their overall well-being as well as dietary and lifestyle factors that can impact on wellness.
Through evidence-based nutrition strategies, I work with clients on how to support hormonal harmony naturally, promoting overall wellness and vitality.
Whether you are dealing with low energy, adult acne, irregular cycles, unbalanced hormones, mood conditions, a diagnosed reproductive condition, or something else, I've got your back. I can give you advice on blood tests and any related symptoms.


My Vision
My approach is holistic, taking into account not only dietary factors but also lifestyle, stress management, and environmental influences that can impact hormonal health. I work 1:1 with all clients to ensure individualised nutrition plans and empower clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that support their unique health goals.
You and I will work closely to understand your particular needs and goals and to ensure that I am supporting you in the best possible way. I will help you take control of what you are putting into your body and guide you towards the most nutritious foods and lifestyle choices until they become second nature. I will be there to encourage you every step of the way. I strongly believe that your success is my success and I truly want you to feel your best and to enjoy life to its fullest.
My Story
I grew up and went to school in Bath & Wiltshire and from a young age, began working in nurseries. At the age of 18, I studied a degree in Adult Nursing at Cardiff University and earned my degree by the age of 21. I spent many years working as a nurse and nurse manager in London, where I gained invaluable experience and developed a deep understanding of the human body.
In 2017, a family illness sparked a deep interest in nutrition in me. I began to research the impact of nutrition on health and wellness, and I was amazed by what I discovered. A few years later, I embarked on a course at CNM Bristol, where I learned about the power of nutrition and its impact on the body.
Since then, I have focused on women's health, but what fascinates me the most is how food really is medicine and in a matter or days we can feel so much better by eating the right things. I am passionate about helping you to achieve optimal health and wellness.
I currently live in Bristol with my soon to be husband, our dog and 1 year old little girl. When I'm not working, I love to spend time in nature, hanging out with friends and family (at the pub mostly), doing hot yoga and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I am excited to continue on my nutrition journey and to help as many women as possible to achieve their health and wellness goals.
