Couples Nutrition Consultation
Boost your fertility and improve your chances of conception with our Couples Nutrition Consultation. Did you know that 50% of infertility cases are caused by male factors? That’s why it’s essential for both partners to make changes. I will guide you through dietary and lifestyle changes to optimise your fertility and help you achieve your family planning goals. In this package, you and your partner will receive an initial consultation and one follow-up 30 minute call.
Follow up sessions
I recommend follow-up sessions with fertility clients every 4-6 weeks to ensure that their dietary and lifestyle changes are realistic, manageable and effective in improving their chances of conception. These sessions allow us to track progress, make adjustments to the plan, and provide ongoing support and motivation. Regular check-ins also help to address any new concerns or challenges that may arise during the process.
