I will provide you with a plan which I will have researched thoroughly to meet your needs. It will consist of foods to include daily and/or foods to cut down on - breakfast lunch and dinner ideas as well as drinks and snacks and lifestyle choices. Meal plan ideas and recipes - tailor-made to your likes and dislikes
I would absolutely love to make this a reality with you from now until then.
We will start with a 60-90 minute consultation (on zoom).
This is a comprehensive assessment of your health history, diet and lifestyle. We will discover what your aims are and we will work together on how best to achieve your goals.
I then will provide you with a detailed and personalised diet and lifestyle plan.
Following this, we will have monthly 45 minute (approx) follow up sessions until you say I do.
We will check in and see what is working and what is not - any tweaks and changes that need to be made to your plan - we can add in more challenges or lower back to basics if you're struggling with anything.
