Mini
Assessment
Get a mini nutritional assessment to super charge your health through nutrition. Simply fill out a questionnaire and complete a 3-day food diary, and I'll email you back with personalised recommendations on how you can improve your health through proper nutrition. Whilst this is only a brief overview and not a full assessment, it's a great starting point!

Starter Package
This is where we begin.
A 90-minute video call or face to face consultation where we take a deep dive into your health, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll come away with a personalised plan that’s realistic, tailored to you, and designed to actually work in your day-to-day life.
This also includes a 45–60 minute follow-up session around one month later, where we review your progress, make any adjustments, and support you in moving forward.
This works well as a standalone option, or as the first step before ongoing support.

Ongoing Support Programmes
For those who want or need deeper accountability and guidance. You will get consistent support and adjustments to help you keep progressing. You can move into one of the plans below after your starter session.
All plans include a 45–60 minute session each month.
3 Month Programme / £75 per month
A great option if you’re looking to get started and build some initial momentum.
6 Month Programme / £60 per month (Most Popular)
This is where we really start to see lasting change. Ideal if you want consistency, support, and time to build sustainable habits.
12 Month Programme / £55 per month
For long-term support and lifestyle change. This allows us to work together at a steady pace and make changes that truly stick.



Single Follow up sessions
This is perfect if you'd like a one off check-in after your initial consultation These sessions allow us to track progress, make adjustments to the plan, and provide ongoing support and motivation. Regular check-ins also help to address any new concerns or challenges that may arise during the process.
