Jammy Dodger Overnight Oats

Healthy breakfast idea. Overnight oats that are super delicious and full of goodness. Packed full of nutrition.

Great for balancing blood sugars while getting that sweet fix.




Oats Recipe:

Half cup oats

2 table spoons Flax seeds

Water

Dash of oat milk

1 grated apple

1 ripe banana mashed

1 tablespoon peanut butter

half teaspoon cinnamon


Jammy bit Recipe:

Loads of frozen berries

1 date

Dash of water to loosen



Method:


  1. Mix together all ingredients for Oats base in a big bowl - soak for 30 mins minimum or over night.

  2. Blend all ingredients from Jammy bit until it makes a puree

  3. Put oat base in bowl and plonk the jammy bit on top

  4. Sprinkle more flax seeds for garnish if you want
